About
Dr Frederic Ufer has been VATM's Managing Director alongside Jürgen Grützner since May 2022. Prior to this, he had headed the association's Legal and Regulatory Affairs department since July 2007. After studying law in Cologne, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Cologne. He also completed his doctorate at the University of Cologne on the subject of "Provider Liability". Dr Ufer gained in-depth knowledge of telecommunications and media law during several years working for an international law firm. |
